    Due to the nature of our business and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence will be required to process your claim.

    Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement at no cost, or

    • A refund to the original payment method

    Items do not need to be returned for approved damaged or defective claims.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Shipping Delays

    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
